Green Pepper Thin

Sivri biber is the everyday Turkish pepper: long, thin-walled, mild to warm depending on the season and the plant. It is picked daily, because a day too long on the bush darkens the skin and softens the flesh.

Grading is in three sizes; case count is set to the buyer’s market, since retail and wholesale ask for different things.
