Cucumber Acur

Acur is the ribbed Anatolian cucumber, pale and slightly hairy when young, eaten skin and all. It is a regional taste that travels to markets with a Turkish diaspora rather than to general retail.

Grown under cover year round, cut small and shipped fast.
