Tomatoes are the backbone of the Kumluca greenhouses and the reason this region ships in January. Production runs every month of the year: heated glass through the winter, open field in summer.

Fruit is picked at breaker stage for distant markets and at light red for nearby ones — the buyer’s transit time decides the colour we cut at, not the calendar.

Hatipoğlu Tarım has exported fresh fruit and vegetables from Antalya since 2002, under ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GLOBALG.A.P. and BRC certification.
