Cauliflower

Cauliflower is a delicate vegetable assessed for its white head, compact curd and fresh leaves. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects each head for colour, firmness, leaf integrity and overall quality before export.

During growth, the head is protected from direct sunlight by its own leaves to help retain its white colour. At harvest, cauliflower is cut with protective collar leaves, cooled rapidly and packed in a single layer to reduce pressure damage.

Packed in 30 × 50 × 22 cm plastic cases, the product is prepared in line with the shipment plan. Hatipoğlu Tarım provides reliable cauliflower export supply.
