Tomato Cherry

Cherry tomatoes are sold on the vine wherever the market allows it, because a truss holds its freshness visibly and a loose tomato does not.

They are picked when the whole truss has coloured evenly, which means walking the same row several times a week rather than clearing it in one pass. Packed in punnets, straight from the greenhouse.
