Iceberg Lettuce

Iceberg lettuce is valued for its compact head and fresh appearance. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects each head for firmness, leaf integrity and overall quality, preparing the product for export requirements.

The lettuce is harvested in the cool of the morning and rapidly cooled by vacuum or cold air after cutting to help retain freshness. Depending on size, six or nine heads are packed in each case.
