Mini Courgette

Baby courgettes are a delicate premium product valued for their small size, firm texture and intact flower. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects them for size, skin integrity, flower condition and freshness before export.

The fruit is harvested with the flower attached at approximately 10–12 cm. Because the flower retains its fresh appearance for only a short time, the product is planned to move from greenhouse to cold room and then to dispatch on the same day.
