Fresh Peas

Fresh peas are a delicate product requiring rapid handling after harvest, valued for their lively green pods, full peas and natural sweetness. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects them for pod integrity, fill, colour and freshness before export.

Natural sugars begin converting to starch after picking, making rapid cooling important for product quality. Available from March to October, the peas are cooled within the first hour after harvest and moved into the dispatch process without unnecessary delay.

Packed in 60 × 40 × 15 cm carton cases, fresh peas are prepared in line with the shipment plan. Hatipoğlu Tarım provides reliable fresh pea export supply.
