Black Radish

Black radish is a winter vegetable distinguished by its dark skin, white flesh and pronounced flavour. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects the product by size, rind integrity and internal quality, preparing it for export requirements.

Sown in late summer, black radish is harvested from autumn onward; cool nights support its characteristic quality. The leaves are removed, the roots are washed and packed in ventilated cases to help maintain freshness.
