Potatoes are a core export product valued for their sound skin, even sizing and versatile use. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects them by size, skin integrity and overall quality before dispatch.

After harvest, potatoes are rested before shipment. This period in a dark, warm environment helps the skin mature and better withstand handling. The product is stored in dark, cool conditions, with care taken to keep the temperature above 4 °C.
