Charleston peppers stand out for their long shape, pale yellow-green colour, thin flesh and sweet flavour. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects them for size, colour, skin integrity and freshness before export.

Preferred for roasting and stuffing, the fruit turns red when left to ripen on the plant. Because of its thin flesh, it is cooled within the first two hours after cutting to reduce moisture loss.
