Yedikule Romaine Lettuce

Yedikule lettuce is a distinctive Turkish variety valued for its upright structure, crisp ribs and full leaves. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects each head for structure, leaf integrity and freshness before export.

Grown throughout the year in coastal production areas, Yedikule lettuce is trimmed at the base and cooled rapidly after harvest. The heads are packed upright so their weight rests evenly on the firm ribs and the leaves remain protected.
