Vezir Radish

Vezir radish is a winter vegetable distinguished by its long white root, even shape and crisp texture. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects it for length, root uniformity and internal quality, preparing the product for export requirements.

Often preferred in kitchens where radish is grated, Vezir radish is graded primarily for a straight, regular root. Forked or misshapen roots are separated. The product is available from October to April.
