Onions are a core product available throughout the year, valued for their dry skin, firm structure and suitability for storage. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects them by diameter, skin integrity and overall quality for export requirements.

After lifting, onions are cured until their necks dry and the outer skin forms. This stage is important for durability during transport and storage. The product is graded by diameter and packed in nets or large sacks.
