Lemon

Lemon is the one citrus we can offer in every month of the year. The main crop comes off the trees between August and March, and controlled storage covers the rest — Turkish lemons hold for months without losing juice or firmness.

Two crops matter for export: Interdonato early in the season, thin-skinned and elongated, and Lamas later, rounder and thicker-skinned, which is the one that stores.
