Fresh Garlic

Fresh garlic is a seasonal product distinguished by its white bulb, green stem and milder flavour compared with dried garlic. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects it for bulb integrity, stem freshness and overall quality before export.

Available from March to August, fresh garlic is supplied without curing. Depending on the buyer’s preference, it can be bunched with the green stem or cleaned and packed. Its delicate nature requires careful planning from harvest through dispatch.
