Deveci Pear

Deveci pears are a Turkish variety valued for their large size, pale yellow colour, firm texture and suitability for long storage. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects them for size, colour, firmness and surface integrity before export.

Harvested in September, the fruit is picked at the correct mature but firm stage. Available from storage through spring under suitable cool conditions, Deveci pears are preferred for their good resistance to bruising during transport.
