Santa Maria pears are among the first pears of the season, valued for their thin skin, juicy texture and sweet flavour. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects them for size, colour, firmness and surface integrity before export.

Harvested in late July, this early variety offers an important commercial advantage at the beginning of the pear season. To protect the delicate skin, fruit is placed directly into single-layer trays in the orchard and precooled on the same day.
