Green plums are a short-season spring fruit valued for their lively colour, crisp texture and refreshing tart flavour. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects them for size, colour, firmness and skin integrity before export.

Harvested young and firm from February to April, the main quality criterion is a clean, crisp bite. Cooling begins in the orchard and continues throughout shipment to help prevent softening.
