Peach

Peaches are summer fruit requiring harvest at the correct maturity to retain their lively colour, aroma and delicate texture. Hatipoğlu Tarım hand-grades each fruit for colour, firmness, surface integrity and suitability for shipment.

The season runs from June to September and moves to higher-altitude production areas as summer progresses. Fruit is hydrocooled within hours of picking and placed in single-layer packaging with moulded liners to reduce surface pressure.
