When is Cherry available for export?

Hatipoğlu Tarım ships Cherry from March to September. The calendar comes from combining protected cultivation around Antalya with open-field harvests handled at the Bursa and Manisa facilities.

How is Cherry packed for export?

Cherry is packed in carton box 40 × 60 × 10 cm. Case size decides the pallet pattern and how full the container runs, so it is chosen for the buyer's destination market; retail and wholesale lots are prepared separately.

Turkey is the world’s largest cherry producer. Cherries require rapid post-harvest handling to preserve their lively colour, firm stem and delicate texture. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects fruit for size, colour, firmness, stem freshness and surface integrity before export.

Supplied from orchards at different altitudes from May to August, cherries are harvested in the morning, hydrocooled, graded and prepared for dispatch on the same day. Sizing starts at 22 mm according to the order specification.
