Nectarines are carefully graded summer fruit valued for their smooth skin, lively colour and crisp, juicy texture. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects each fruit for size, colour, firmness and surface integrity before export.

Harvested from June to September at the firm-ripe stage, the fruit is hydrocooled on the same day. For appearance-focused sales channels, nectarines are placed in single-layer trays that reduce surface pressure.
