Grapefruit

Grapefruit is one of Antalya’s notable citrus products, valued for its lively skin colour, juicy flesh and refreshing tart flavour. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects primarily red-fleshed Star Ruby and Rio Red varieties for size, colour, skin integrity and maturity before export.

Harvested from October to April, the fruit is clipped rather than pulled to protect the stem end. Each batch is washed, waxed and graded before packing.
