Hatipoğlu Tarım ships Apricot from June to August. The calendar comes from combining protected cultivation around Antalya with open-field harvests handled at the Bursa and Manisa facilities.

How is Apricot packed for export?

Apricot is packed in carton box 30 × 40 × 12 cm, carton box 30 × 50 × 12 cm, carton box 60 × 40 × 15 cm. Case size decides the pallet pattern and how full the container runs, so it is chosen for the buyer's destination market; retail and wholesale lots are prepared separately.

Apricots are delicate summer fruit requiring careful harvest timing for their lively colour, balanced flavour and soft texture. Hatipoğlu Tarım selects fruit for colour, size, firmness and surface integrity before export.

From June to August, fruit is harvested at the firm-ripe stage and cooled within the same hour. Air freight for distant markets and road transport for Europe are planned with an unbroken cold chain.
